DIY Lightbox

Inspired few months back to make my very own lightbox.

Heres what you need:

1) Long ruler (metal ruler preferred)

2) Sharp strong blade

3) Pencil

4) Masking tape & glue

5) Tracing paper – big sheets

6) A large sheet of white card / art card

7) 2 or 3 stand lights

Step by Step :

5) Once you have your tracing paper pasted, place your white artcard IN the box.

6) Place your lights on both sides – left and right. If you have extra light, shine from top view too.

7) Place your subject inside box and start shooting away 🙂

Heres how mine looked like.

Finished product / sample image:

*Adjust white balance, brightness and vignetting according to your taste.

Happy building! Cheers!!!

Juan, that’s really great. I’ve used a white plastic waste paper basket with clamp lights but I like yours better! I’m going to follow you.
