OMG…after nearly one month of joining the gym, and after like 4 to 5 BODY BALANCE classes, i braved myself and step into the main studio Group X class call BODY ATTACK.

the instructor was awesome. he has NO FATS on him. he is all muscles. thin but not scrawny, full of energy and this was his second class in a row. (meaning the 2nd hour). He is damn good. I went in being a blur sotong (blur squid) followed every step, and by the time they finish the 3rd song, which was like 15 mins later, my muscle acid was burning away. (or rather fat acid??)

it was non-stop moving exercise class, legs, arms, thighs…and even jumping non stop i nearly felt my whole uterus nearly falling out!!

but it was good. it was real good. note to self : MUST JOIN MORE GROUP X CLASSES and get motivated. i only last 15mins this round, must be able to go thru 5 songs at least by mid June. *gambate*!!!
