I think I have now “up” myself another level of “boss-improvement”. recently I had to terminate my designer who has already been working for me for a year because of poor performance.

I’m telling you, firing someone is stressful. Its like breaking up but doing it professionally..hmmm…

anyways, i’m now once again on a lookout for a new designer and guess what? I went to AQUENT for an interview as well, and seems like I pass as an Account Manager for International Advertising Agency standards haha…..should I should I?
