more partnerships?
met up with a director of another ad/design agency today and the purpose for our meeting was to discuss on a potential patnership in business.
the offer seems too good to be true really, basically work there and get benefits of profit sharing, moreover that company has a strong foundation and list of potential clienteles.
but whats stopping me from saying YES immediately? what izzit, that i have to say “i need time to think about it”.
heres why…
- i am proud of my 4-year old own company
- i love my freedom as a director
- i love being in control of things
- i love my current office and office mates
- i had previous bad experience with partnership
- might not have same goal as partners
- i dont want to lose my attention to my existing clienteles, which is not easy to accumulate all over again
but what is it as well, that is at the back of my mind that makes me want to say YES?
- easy money? / potential to earn more money
- networking to bigger companies
- better and larger team
hmm….the more i think about it…the more i want to make my company grow….i have till this saturday to make up my mind…
